Good
Staff were very helpful and courteous. I booked very last minute as a result of all my trains home being cancelled, so I was very grateful to have found a hotel room at the last minute in London in close proximity to the mainline station.
Room could have been bigger. Sound proofing could have been better. Room very basic but fine for a short period of time.
